Metadata Train the Trainer
This course provides instruction on training materials development for specific audiences, effective training delivery methods, and training event planning and logistical considerations. Participants will explore methods to stimulate implementation of the FGDC metadata standard and the Content Standard for Digital Geospatial Metadata (CSDGM), as well as help organizations make the transition to the ISO Standard. The workshop will direct participants to existing metadata resources for creating, developing, and disseminating metadata.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Geospatial Metadata OR Metadata for Managers
*This class does not teach metadata but instead gives instruction on how to teach others metadata effectively.
